Updating 3922 Statements

Use the updateF3922Statements mutation to update data on existing 3922 statements.

Note

Only statements in draft mode can be updated; statements which have been finalized cannot be updated.

The GraphQL mutation below demonstrates updating various fields on the 3922. Full documentation for the query is available as part of the introspective GraphQL documentation.

mutation {
  updateF3922Statements(
    statements: [
      {

        statement: { dateOptionExercised: "2021-04-05" }
      }
      {
        otxId: "1b0b2947-8ad9-4a58-8017-9200a6c98d99"
        statement: {
          exercisePricePerShare: "866.81"
          numberSharesTransferred: 744
        }
      }
    ]
  ) {
    statements {
      recordNumber
      statement {

        recipientLastName
        uploaderId
      }
      messages
    }
    errors
  }
}
